Create with the Friends of the Library! Make a DIY tote bag while supplies last, personalize your own item, or bring a craft to work on. Free for members. Join at the event to participate.
Join the Friends of the Ascension Public Library for a night of crafting, creativity, and good company, exclusively for Friends members!
Create your own DIY canvas tote bag using the provided designs and materials, available while supplies last. Bring your own item to personalize, such as a t-shirt, coffee mug, or another item, or bring a craft project from home to work on alongside fellow makers.
This event is free for members. Not a member? No problem! Register online or sign up at the door to participate. Memberships are $10 for an individual or $20 for a family.

Gonzales
Our Gonzales location was built in 1980 under the direction of Earline Decoteau, Director and serves as our Main Library location. It was expanded & renovated in 1996, 1998, and 2011, under the direction of Angelle Deshautelles, Director.
