Learn to make handmade flour tortillas and guacamole. Registration required.

Celebrate the flavors of Mexico… no passport required!  In this hands-on class, Chef Meaux will teach you how to make light, soft, handmade flour tortillas and tasty guacamole, perfect for toast or a taco.

This class is reserved for adults, and space is limited. Registration for all sessions opens on Tuesday, October 20 at 8:30am. Due to high demand, registration for this hands-on cooking class is managed through a waitlist so that as many patrons as possible have the opportunity to participate. Please submit your information using the form below. Library staff will contact you to confirm your registration if a space becomes available.
