Meeting RoomLearn about different types of knives and their uses while practicing cutting techniques, preparing your own preservative-free version of classic boxed stuffing. Registration required. Adults only.
Besides your hands, the knife is the single most important tool in the kitchen. In this beginner-friendly class, learn how to choose the correct knife, how to properly hold it, and keep a sharp edge. A few fundamental cuts will be covered as you learn to make a delicious holiday stuffing.
Registration for all sessions opens on Tuesday, November 10 at 8:30am. Due to high demand, registration for this hands-on cooking class is managed through a waitlist so that as many patrons as possible have the opportunity to participate. Please submit your information using the form below. Library staff will contact you to confirm your registration if a space becomes available.
