Yoga is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. The mindful chair yoga classes are designed to improve strength, balance, and promote mindfulness. They will help with cancer-related fatigue, sleep improvement, and reduction in stress and anxiety. Classes will be led by certified yoga instructor Jada Kerek. Attendees are welcome to bring yoga mats if preferred.
