Learn how to start important conversations, create a caregiving plan, and find helpful resources.

Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming without a plan in place. This interactive workshop is designed for anyone who is currently a caregiver or expects to become one and provides guidance on how to start meaningful conversations with family members about needs, wishes, and expectations. The workshop also covers how to create a basic caregiving plan, identify available community resources, and manage common caregiving challenges. In addition, attendees will receive tips on balancing caregiving with work, family life, and personal well-being.
